Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, absolutely! At LeoGlitzWears, what you see is what you get. The products shown in our photos are exactly what we produce.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is confirmed, we send a detailed sales receipt straight to the email address you provided during checkout. You can also view your receipt anytime by logging into your LeoGlitzWears account and visiting the "Order History" or "My Orders" section. If you need a copy resending, just reach out to our support team.

How can I return an item?

We want you to love your LeoGlitzWears custom piece! Because each item is made-to-order especially for you, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives with a defect or a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll make it right—whether that's a replacement or a fix.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, we do restock popular items! If you see something marked "out of stock," click the "Notify Me" button to get an email alert as soon as it's back. For our custom jerseys and fashion pieces, many items are made on demand, so even if a size or color is temporarily unavailable, reach out to us—we may still be able to create it for you.

We ship everywhere! Whether you're in Accra, Kumasi, or anywhere else in Ghana, we deliver right to your doorstep. We also ship worldwide to our diaspora family—including the USA, UK, Canada, Europe, and beyond. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
